online learning and Support

Online learning and support are both available through MyTravelport. The Learning section of MyTravelport also provides information and schedules for live and virtual training.

Please Note: You must log in to MyTravelport with an individual account.

Logging In to My Travelport

To log in to MyTravelport:

  1. In a browser, open MyTravelport at my.travelport.com.

    Tip! You can also select MyTravelport from the Help menu.

    The Log In page is displayed.

  2. Enter the Email address and Password for your MyTravelport account.

    Note: If you do not have an account, you will need to create an individual account for MyTravelport.
  3. Click Login to display the MyTravelport home page.

Online Learning (Course Catalog)

The Course Catalog in MyTravelport contains demos, tutorials, and training calendars.

To access the Course Catalog:

  1. Log in to MyTravelport.

    Tip! If you are already logged in to MyTravelport, you can link directly to the Course Catalog.

    The Home page is displayed.

  2. Click Learning to display the Course Catalog.

  3. Select the View button of the product for which you want training.

  4. Select the course you want to view. For example, The travel school.

  5. If you cannot find the course you are looking for in the Course Catalog, type Learning plus the topic in the Search box then press Enter or click the magnifying glass to see results.

  6. Click Start to being viewing the lessons.

Support

Support options for Smartpoint are available including viewing Knowledge Base articles, searching Community questions, and raising support cases.

To request view support options using MyTravelport:

  1. Log in to MyTravelport.

  2. From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport support to display the Support page.

  3. Select from the available support options, including:

    • Knowledge to view Knowledge Base articles.

    • Community to ask and view questions from other Smartpoint users and Travelport experts.

    • Learning to view the Course Catalog training demos and class schedules.

    • Client ID to reset Client IDs.

    • Host Password to reset your Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) password.

    • Travelport+ (1G) Format Guide to view Travelport+ formats for terminal commands.

  4. If the troubleshooting and support options still do not answer your concerns, scroll to Raise a Case to open a with the Smartpoint Help Desk.

    Note: The process for contacting the Smartpoint Help Desk may vary for your agency. Confirm your agency's contact process with your agency's Smartpoint Administrator.
